JULY 1 BLOGS:
B - How does your body feel?
My body feels amazing. Some days are better than others and I am struggling for sure but I love it. I love waking up and feeling so sore that I can walk or laugh too hard. Lol. I don’t know about anyone else but that darn “warm-up” is a killer. It always gets me every single time but I am determined to do it at level 3 by the end of this journey.

L - What have you learned about you? your coach? your team?

I have realized that I am a lot stronger than I give myself credit for. I’ve always learned that I work well in groups and that I need embrace my leadership qualities. My coach is definitely a motivational factor in my journey. I look at her and I think to myself, “Wow she has done an amazing job”….and I want to get on that level of discipline, determination, and dedication. She is awesome and has shared a lot of knowledge. I’m learning about “clean eating” and I am on my way to better eating. I feel like a sponge, soaking it all in. It’s wonderful. And let me know forget to mention the fabulous journeymen on my team. Thank you. I appreciate you all and what you bring into my life. Everyone is amazing and so helpful. I love it!!! A special thanks to everyone that pushes me when I need it. Special thanks to everyone who has shown my Lala much love. It means a lot.

O - What observations can you make about change?

Change is constant. Change is very scary but exciting at times. I must admit I am beyond excited for this change because I needed this changed bad.

G- What small goals can you celebrate?
I would like to congratulate myself because I am actually able to some regular push-ups and that I have been trying water non-stop.

S - Set your week's goals and plan you week!

Continue last week’s trend on pushing it to the next level in my workouts. Continue to cook all my meals so I can keep eating clean.
